Kick Off : 10:30 Meeting Time :

bs celtic entertained div 2 leaders ixworth. celtic were full of confidence from there win the previous week. honours were even until midway through the half ,celtic were awarded a penalty which d.holland scored . ixworth created little but fought for everything there were some strong tackles all over the pitch the biggest battle was in midfield celtics partnership of zdrenka and holland proving a big test for ixworth.
celtic started the better in the second half playing nice passing football with some lovely balls put through from chappell and frost . ixworth were given a fortuitous penalty which d.holder made no mistake and put his side on level terms. celtic went in front again when w.proctor's cross was headed home by in form man of the match a.butler. celtic controlled much of the rest of the game .d.holland saw his 35 yard shot go agonisingly wide . sayer and w. proctor also went close but with 5 minutes remaining c.simpson latched on to a hopful punt up field and finished from the edge of the box and give ixworth a share of the points
